An Update from Pastor Tim
Isn’t the Christmas Tree in the new plaza at Sundance Square simply stunning? The lighting of the tree was a wonderful event, that helped launch my heart into this holiday season. I just love celebrating Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year’s Day! The parades, parties, family gatherings, worship events, and food makes this my favorite time of the year.
This year, as part of our holiday celebration, I’m encouraging all to join me to be a part of a significant event.
I am privileged and honored to be a member of the Mayor’s Faith Leader’s Cabinet for the City of Fort Worth, and this year, our Mayor and the FL Cabinet has designed this special evening at Casa Manana on Thursday, December 5.
I’m especially excited, because the City Life Center band will perform during the prelude, and offer the first music of the evening after Mayor Betsy Price greets the city.

What to Expect:
- Meet mayor Betsy Price and members of the Fort Worth City Council.
- Learn how to work with the city to support the community.
- Celebrate Fort Worth’s people of faith collaborating to make a difference.
- Hear representatives from various faiths give remarks.
- Enjoy faith choirs from across the city.
- Learn about upcoming events in the city.
Time and Location:
- Casa Manana, 3101 West Lancaster Avenue, Fort Worth, TX 76107.
- Thursday evening, December 5.
- Reception at 5:30 PM.
- Event Begins at 6:30 PM.
- Plan to arrive no later than 6:00 PM to hear the CLC Band!

What to Bring:
- The Faith Leader’s Cabinet is encouraging everyone to participate in an Infant
Supply Drive for Catholic Charities. This is a HUGE, ongoing need in our city. Bring diapers, baby formula and other infant needs to this event or drop them off between 8 a.m. and noon Monday-Thursday at:- Catholic Charities
- 249 W. Thornhill St.
