Welcome to the pre-screening / ticketing process for attending Sunday Services at City Life Church. This system is temporarily in place during the spread of COVID-19, taking our cues for in-person services for recommendations provided by State, County and City representatives and the latest scientific data.
At the same time, we know our God is bigger than COVID-19!
Out of respect for the health of all, every attendee must complete this ticket form for prescreening prior to entering the building. This week, ticketing will automatically close when we reach 37% occupancy for the City Life Building. No tickets will be offered at the door.
If you do not receive a ticket, you have the option of being put on a waiting list. There may be cancellations, at which time you will be contacted upon availability.
